We visited Prime Steak & Wine and had an excellent dining experience. We were served by our waiter, Csaba, who provided friendly, attentive, and professional service throughout the evening. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was perfect. The food was absolutely delicious, and every dish exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend visiting Prime Steak & Wine, and if you have the chance, ask for Szabo—you’ll be in great hands!
An absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. If you’re looking for premium steak, excellent wine, and a truly memorable evening, this is the place to be. The quality of the food is on the highest level. The steaks were perfectly prepared, the wine selection was exceptional, and every dish was presented beautifully. The restaurant is certainly in the upscale segment, but every detail justifies it. What impressed us even more was the service. The staff were professional, attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout the entire evening. The combination of outstanding cuisine, excellent wines, and first-class hospitality created a perfect dining experience. We will definitely be coming back and can highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for top-quality food and service. A well-deserved 5-star-plus experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐➕
My partner and I had a fantastic evening at Prime Steak & Wine in Budapest. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The steak selection is outstanding, and the menu as a whole is so tempting that it’s genuinely difficult to choose. I had the Japanese Kagoshima Wagyu, which was absolutely melt-in-the-mouth with beautiful, rich flavour. My partner had a fillet tasting menu and very much enjoyed the Argentinian Black Angus Fillet Mignon, which had a little more texture than the Wagyu but was equally refined, with deep, delicious flavours. The sommelier was lovely and helped us select the perfect wine to complement our meal, which really enhanced the experience. We also tried the desserts, which were spectacular. The tiramisu is prepared fresh at the table, adding a special touch, and the gold bar dessert with caramel is great fun to crack open with the little hammer provided and was even more fun to eat! A special mention goes to Csaba, whose service was excellent throughout the evening. He was attentive, professional, and always made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Fantastic food, excellent wine, wonderful service, and a memorable atmosphere. We would highly recommend Prime Steak & Wine and will definitely be back.
Everything about Prime Steak & Wine is gorgeous. The food, the service, the atmosphere. I want to give my thanks to the waiter who prepared my French Steak Tartare with caviar tableside as that was quite the experience. Was possibly my favourite dish of the evening. The Hungarian cattle fillet mignon was exquisite as a main.
Booked for my partners 50th birthday meal while we were in the city, there was 8 of us in total. I booked in advance and the staff were so helpful via email providing information and advice ahead of time. We were greeted at the door, shown to our trable and coats taken. The waiter provided the menus and an explanation of how it all worked. We as a couple opted for the streak sharer for 2 - rare meat. It was cooked to perfection, especially the 2 fillets - best I've ever had. And the bone marrow 🤤 I had a side of truffle mash with green pepper sauce and my partner parmesan fries and bernaise sause - all delicious, especially my truffle mash - I could have ate 2 🤣 Wine prices are on the high side as you would imagine, but it's a high end venue with dry ice theatrics when theeat is served and carved table side. It's absolutely not somewhere we would have come to more than once in a trip, but I would come again for sure.
