Amazing place to eat. We choose it because of the great reviews and it didn't disappoint. Reasonable prices- pasta carbonara, risotto frutti di mare, tiramisu and 1l lemonade for 14500. There is no service tax! In the moment of payment by card you can choose whether you want to tip the waiter or not. The food was very tasty! Totally recommend.
The food is nice, the service is good and the prices are reasonable. The place is charming and the staff are very friendly and nice to customers, which I would say is not particularly common in Budapest. I have come here a few times already and have always had a pleasant experience. I definitely recommend it!
Amazing experience at this Italian restaurant in Budapest! The welcome is absolutely exceptional, special mention to Jozsef for his kindness and professionalism. We had a burrata as a starter, followed by lasagna and truffle pasta, everything was outstanding, full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The dishes are generous and delicious. The atmosphere of the restaurant is warm and cozy, making it a great place to enjoy a meal. I 100% recommend this place!
We had such a great time at Bistro Ferragosto. We started with the fish soup and it was amazing: rich, flavorful, and genuinely full of fish, not just broth. For mains, the carbonara hit all the comfort notes, and the gamberetti with squash was fresh, well-balanced, and perfectly cooked. Drinks were just as fun: a few spritzes plus a bottle of prosecco, which made the whole meal feel celebratory without being over the top. Dessert sealed it because the tiramisu was the perfect finish. Huge shoutout to Roberto, our waiter, who was funny, helpful, and made the birthday celebration feel special from start to finish. Been here before and we will definitely be back.
A wonderful treasure of an authentic Vietnamese restaurant tucked away by the train station. We ate here on two occasions for lunch and the small restaurant was so busy…for a reason - as the food is so good! Each dish is freshly cooked and the portion size is more than enough - outstanding !!
