We went to this restaurant for breakfast. We had no reservation, but were seated quickly. The place god busy. The restaurant is on the street leading to the basilica. The food was delicious, and everything was very well prepared. We liked everything we were served. The staff was friendly and attentive.
Simply put, the nicest food we ate in Budapest! We actually ended up eating there every morning of our stay. The variety of food was incredible, the sandwich and omelette I had were the best I’ve had in my life. And all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I honestly can’t praise them enough. Even the drinks & deserts were sublime!
The best brunch spot in the city, for sure. We got the vegan toast, pancakes, and blueberry cream French toast, and all enjoyed it. There are healthy options, protein options and lots of sweets as well! The flavors were fresh and rich and the portions were very generous. Menu was well labeled and accommodating for all kinds of dietary restrictions. Good options for any diet! Great, fast service, and a pleasant vibe (quiet but not too quiet, very comfortable space!)
Outstanding brunch experience at Cafe Brunch Budapest! The food was so good that I came back two days in a row during my stay in Budapest. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The avocado toast with bacon was fantastic, and the coffee was excellent as well. A special thank you to Adam for providing exceptional service. He was friendly, attentive, welcoming, and truly helped make both visits memorable. It’s clear that he takes pride in creating a great experience for his guests. If you’re visiting Budapest and looking for an amazing breakfast or brunch spot, I highly recommend Cafe Brunch Budapest. I’ll definitely be back on my next trip!
We found a great brunch spot conveniently located close to our hotel, and it quickly became one of our favorite places during the trip—we ended up going back a second time. The menu had a wide variety of options that catered well to anyone’s palate, from classic breakfast staples to more filling brunch favorites, so there was something for everyone. The food was consistently good on both visits, with fresh ingredients and satisfying portions. What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and impressively fast, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable—especially when you’re eager to start your day. Overall, it was a reliable and welcoming spot for brunch, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return again
