We loved our experience and how they accommodated our vegetarian experience. and how the staff took the experience to a higher level. got new impressions we can take inspiration from and use in our daily cooking. 3 hours went by and we loved every moment. our host Cavid took the whole experience to the next level. from a graphic perspective the whole thing, from the art on the walls to the design on the menu card and interior is connected, in the small details that I personally appreciate. and 10/10 bathroom experience 😄
First thing that struck me was the beautiful interior – very tasteful, unique, and full of thoughtful details. It felt special while still being relaxed and welcoming. The food was excellent. We had one regular and one vegetarian menu, and the flavour combinations and textures were beautifully balanced throughout. The only small remark would be that the vegetarian main felt a touch simpler compared to the meat dish – the broccoli with potato foam was good, but slightly less exciting than the pork. That said, all the other vegetarian courses were just as creative and impressive as their counterparts. The service was incredibly friendly, attentive, and efficient. Overall, this was a highlight of our Budapest trip and we would definitely come back. Highly recommend!
Had a really great meal with friends in Bilanx. We went for the tasting menu plus wine pairing. Everything was delicious, each dish presented beautifully with a mix of great local wines. Worth a visit if you’re in Budapest!
Amazing experience! We took the 7 course menu and each dish was perfect, unique and tasty with just the right amount to satisfy us. The service was excellent as well, Cavid hosted us with great care and provided clear explanations for each dish, with a smile and humour. Best experience in Budapest!
Had the most amazing romantic dinner with my boyfriend here last night! The food was the most fine and exquisite I have ever had. The service was immaculate, the flow of courses was flawless and timely. Everything about the courses was an experience, the presentation, serving, taste, smell. Wine pairings were spot-on and complimented the dishes amazingly! Our compliments to the chef, and a shoutout to our waiter Adrian (I hope I remembered his name right), he was very helpful, friendly and we felt taken care of. Thank you, Bilanx team, for making our dinner an incredible experience🥰🫶🏻
