Very touristy and the prices reflect that. The service was pleasant and efficient. We had a few cocktails which were good, though relatively sweet. We especially loved the Rose Pepper cocktail, which was unique and offered a nice twist on a regular gin and tonic. It’s a nice spot for a short break in the middle of sightseeing or shopping, but I wouldn't recommend making a special trip just for it.
During our stay in Budapest, we visited Anna Café and had a wonderful experience. The café has a great atmosphere, an excellent location in the heart of the city, and a wide selection of delicious food, coffee and drinks. Everything we ordered was fresh, well presented and very enjoyable. What made our visit truly special was the outstanding service from Barbara. We had met her during a previous visit to Budapest and were delighted to see her again this year. She is incredibly friendly, welcoming and genuinely cares about her guests. She made us feel at home from the moment we arrived and turned a simple café visit into a memorable experience. Anna Café is the perfect place to relax while exploring Budapest, and thanks to people like Barbara, it is much more than just a café.
Charming atmosphere specially in summer when the terrace is open, but the pricing is quite steep, a cold chocolate, a coffee, and a cake came to more than 20 euros.
We just wanted to get a good breakfast together with our friends before leaving Budapest. The Anna Cafe proved to be the perfect spot for our breakfast! Great location, fantastic coffee and food (choices for every taste), attentive staff and service and of course awesome atmosphere! Thanks!
Good places with great choices of dishes for breakfast and dinner. The Anna breakfast was really good, food was fresh and well presented as the cappuccino. Good atmosphere, the only bad point is the service, some staff a re friendly but others not, rude, don't care and become angry when you the customer don't speak English.
