Absolutely lovely dinner at Babel where the food and service were phenomenal. Each dish was explained well and the food was absolutely delightful. I’m struggling to choose my favourite dish but the foie gras snack, the casino egg, turbot, and venison were particularly memorable to me. The suggested à la carte wine suggestions were also fantastic and the sommelier did a great job matching my preferences to the menu. Thank you!
A magical small findedining restaurant. The food was absolutely impeccable and the service outstanding. Great wines pairing with the food. Everything was superb. This should be a 2 star restaurant in my opinion.
The service is exceptional. The meal itself was well thought out and showcased a lot of Hungarian personality. It was good, but nothing spectacular. For the pride and value, I wouldn't go back, nor would I recommend it to others.
First and most important; I called the day before and they accepted my reservation- that made us very happy. Food was great 👍🏻, drinks as well. I am not so sure about the service experience, not bad but maybe not Michelin star level. Small details were forgotten, discretion and speed were a bit lacking.
Fantastic restaurant. We really enjoyed our experience at Babel. The service was excellent and very professional. We enjoyed every course of the menu (especially the consommé, the egg, the salmon and the meal) with many inspiration from Hungarian traditional food. The dessert was good but a little bit behind for us. The restaurant is very well decorated (nice fire place!) and the restrooms are well hidden and amazing (go there!) 😂. To summarize great restaurant! Thanks to the entire team!!
