We wanted Indian food and picked Rajdhani via Google Maps from among several options in the general vicinity. This restaurant is dead center of the tourist zone, but it is far, far from a tourist trap restaurant. You will not be disappointed. Service was prompt, friendly and menu-knowledgeable. Drinks came out fast - the beer was cold and the classic lemonade with mint was a hit. The garlic soup, while not technically an appetizer was just right. The Paneer Pakora (breaded fried cheese) was very good. For mains, we did the chicken vindaloo and the lamb vindaloo. The waiter warned us about the spice level, and we told him to bring it on - and they did. Awesome. Both the chicken and lamb were properly cooked and the sauce carried the heat. The Rajdhani Special Chicken (served in a creamy tomato-onion sauce) was very tasty and had a slight sweetness that hit that diner's palate perfectly.

A very nice Indian restaurant in the downtown. Fast and good service, huge variety of tasty food items, incredible atmosphere.
