Absolutely fantastic seafood experience! The fish was incredibly fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients. The service was just as impressive—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. If you’re in Budapest and love seafood, Big Fish is a must-visit when in Budapest!! Fresh seafood, excellent service, and a great atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back!
We found this by accident as it was just near our hotel Ocktagen. We booked before and had a nice seat, although it wasn't very busy midweek. The food and wine was pretty spot on and so fresh and tasty. The dishes were imaginative and done with flare. We had a mixture of seafood, including calamari and the best side was brocoli, feta, harissa and yoghurt. You could see all of the fresh fish and the chefs cooking what you picked out. Live lobsters were charming too👍😂
I had a fantastic experience at Bigfish Seafood Bistro in Budapest. The seafood was fresh, flavorful and beautifully prepared. The menu offers a great variety, and everything we ordered was delicious. The staff were friendly, attentive and made us feel very welcome throughout our visit. The atmosphere is modern, cozy and perfect for both a casual meal and a special occasion. If you’re looking for high-quality seafood in Budapest, I highly recommend it.
Nothing can go wrong with the Spicy Hungarian Fish Soup on a chill windy night at Budapest. Love the savory garlic prawn and the refreshing mix salad. The service is attentive and the ambience is chill. I choose the table watching over the street to enjoy the cool night breeze. I highly recommended the Big Fish.
We had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was calm and pleasant, and the place itself is beautiful. The food was absolutely delicious. Today we decided to try the shrimp, and it turned out to be a very satisfying experience. Special thanks to Samori for the great service!
