This is a true authentic Gypsy restaurant . Staff is very kind, you are technically come to this place as a family member, they will welcome you and you wont leave with an empty stomach. Great food I only can recommend.
We visited this please because off the hype that it has, as we stepped in it was a heavy bleach smell That lasted until we stayed, the second thing the waitress guy was rude with the people next to our table, they didn’t speak hungarian and he was saying rude things to them… The third the food Was Very very small portion for very high price and we had to wait 40-50 minutes even tho it was around 1pm when there where no traffic at all…. I wont recommend it to anyone… food taste was also average nothing special….
Nice and warm retreat on a cold rainy November evening. Hearty food, came to about 16,000HUF for two mains and two drinks, including service fee etc. Pleasant service
I ate a goulash and a portion of potatoes with pork neck, along with juice and beer. I’ve had much better goulash at other restaurants in Budapest. The pork neck was very tasty, but the prices seem a bit high to me.
