My friend recommended me this place saying that the taste is unmatched but turned out to me not only that. The music, the service!!! Girls on the counter were really sweet and they helped me w the choice so it’s 10/10 place. I really enjoyed it!!
Perfect place! Such a funku vibe on 1 side, and totally earthy on the other (so you can enjoy whichever you like). The vegan options are over the top, the service, drinks, food, music - everything was just perfect! And the prices were indeed the lowest we could fins around downtown
Not bad, but not amazing either—Ichigo offers a pretty average bowl experience. The flavors are decent, but the meat portion could definitely be a bit bigger for what you pay. Overall, it’s a completely okay option if you just want a quick, standard meal.
Good spot for grab-and-go food and getting some vegetables in, but nothing to write home about. It was convenient between tours and close to our hotel, which made it an easy option. The tofu bowl had noticeably less tofu than the chicken version, which was a bit frustrating. That said, I appreciated that they offer options for vegetarians, vegans, pescatarians, and those who are lactose-free.
On my beloved weekend stroll down Király utca, there’s a shining little treasure I can never walk past. Ichigo, which means Strawberry 🍓 in Japanese, fits like a jewel among the many spots along the street. Not just any jewel though. It is the kind that throws a little extra glitter onto the pavement, catching your eye before you even realize you have slowed down. You simply cannot pass this spot unnoticeable. ✅ From the outside, it already whispers and slightly sings to newcomers with its neat, super clean, and distinctive look. Once you step inside, oh hello, the interior is very special and unique, perfectly matching its concept and online presentation. It feels cohesive and intentional, like someone truly cared about every tiny detail. 🌞 You immediately receive the meet and greet look from the staff, accompanied by warm smiles 😍 and a genuine willingness to help you out. Their international, multi culti team speaks very good English and truly knows their job. They confidently offer recommended combinations and sauces, and I absolutely love that they provide vegan options and even gluten free ones, which has pleasantly surprised me. 👌 Everything is made there, fresh and prepared with the proper loving touch, and you can taste it. It reflects beautifully in the final result. The food is ginormously tasty, flavoursome, fresh and invigorating body and mind. It is that rare kind of meal that feels light. Your body does not get tired processing it at all, and yet you leave feeling perfectly full and satisfied. 👍 And the desserts, wow!!!! Just wow. 🧁 My lovingly favourites are their rolls and bowls, pure happiness in edible form. 🌞 So I, for one, and as their fix habitué, wholeheartedly recommend you to give them a shot.
