I don't know how to review this, but where goes. We enjoyed a chicken paprikash and a quattro framaggio pizza, with drinks. We were seated promptly, served promptly, and the staff were perfectly pleasant. Wobbly table? I used my elbow and kept it steady. Really enjoyed everything we ate! But we were food poisoned? Really unfortunate, because everything else was great
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing atmosphere, delicious traditional Hungarian food, and incredible pizzas from the wood-fired oven. The staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming, making you feel at home from the moment you arrive. A huge bonus is that they’re truly dog-friendly—dogs are welcome both indoors and outdoors. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Budapest!
Shout-out to Zoltán, one of the waiters, for his fantastic customer service. He was friendly, attentive, provided quick service, and gave some excellent recommendations. The dessert portions were generous and a great way to finish the meal. While it's perhaps a little more expensive than some of the surrounding restaurants, it's well worth it if you're looking for a quality Italian restaurant in the heart of Budapest. The interior is beautiful, and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing from the moment you step down inside.
Really good authentic Hungarian food. I had the spicy chicken paprika. Boy did it not disappoint. I love my food spicy and this hit the spot. Local beer was also good. My husband had a pizza (not adventurous) and he enjoyed it. They have a wood oven so the flavour was as expected. Service was also really good.
I absolutely recommend this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff were super amazing and attentive. I’m glad I stumbled upon this place whilst taking a walk. I am not disappointed. I ordered the penne pomodoro which was divine and a glass of red wine. Vince was so kind to bring me a complimentary Apricot Pancake also which I absolutely recommend. Thank you
