Description
Your guide will meet you at the ticket desk in Memento Park. After presenting your ticket, you will join the group for the guided tour.
The walk begins at Witness Square, the area in front of Memento Park. You will first explore the outdoor section, including Stalin's Grandstand and its hidden rooms. From the Waving Balcony, you can view the surrounding area and the historic site.
Next, the tour continues through Statue Park, where your guide explains the political propaganda statues from the communist era. These include depictions of workers, Hungarian and international communist figures, and key events of the workers' movement.
The tour ends at the End Wall. This interactive experience lasts about 70 minutes, and questions are encouraged. After the tour, you have free time to take photos, visit the souvenir shop, watch the movie presentation, or see exhibitions in The Most Cheerful Barrack.
