Description
Discover the Szemlő-hegyi and Pál-völgyi caves on a 500-meter underground walk in each, led by guides from the Hungarian Caving Association. Access restricted cave areas that most tourists cannot enter.
The caves were formed around one million years ago by warm, mineral-rich water. The Szemlő-hegyi Cave, known as the underground flower garden of Budapest, features unique rock formations and includes an interactive exhibition and educational trail.
Visit the Pál-völgyi Cave, Hungary's longest cave system with approximately 32 kilometers of passages. See stalactite and stalagmite formations along with glittering calcite crystals.
