Explore Budapest by bike while learning about the city's history. The tour begins at Andrassy Boulevard, passing the Opera House before reaching Heroes’ Square. Here you will learn about Hungarian history and culture.
Next, visit the Vajdahunyad Castle complex, built for the 1896 World Expo to showcase Hungarian architecture, and see the Szechenyi Bathhouse.
The tour continues to St. Stephen’s Basilica and Liberty Square, home to the last Soviet memorial and the Hungarian Parliament. From the riverbank you will see a UNESCO World Heritage panorama of the Castle District, including Matthias Church, Royal Palace, and Fisherman’s Bastion, with detailed explanations from your guide.
Cross Margit Bridge to the Buda side and ride along the Danube to view the Chain Bridge, Clark Adam Square, Elizabeth Bridge, Rudas Baths, and the Gellert Hotel and Baths. Cross Liberty Bridge back to Pest to visit the Grand Market Hall, then return along Andrassy Boulevard to the Opera House to conclude the tour.
