The place is really nice. I reserved the room with 6 other beds and it was private anyway, because of the curtains in beds. The room was big and clean, same as the bathroom. The room for spending a time and meeting new people is also very big and nice, but is is kinda too hot in it. The only issue was that someone stole my charger 🥲
Nice hostel and good facilities. you get what you pay for. Place is clean and easy to go about different places. Issue is just with the staff members. Was standing at the front desk with 3 receptionist but none of them tended to us. A female with red hair and a guy with his nails done. They all saw us but ignored us only when another guy told the guy with his nails done that we were there, then did he said hello. Quite rude of them especially the female with red hair. Other than the service, eveyrthing else was good.
Wonderful hostel, lovely staff. The rooms very clean and bins are taken out everyday. Perfect location as everything is within walking distance. Booking was easy and affordable, prices change per night but that makes sense as different events happen every day around the city. Overall lovely place!
All in all our stay here was ok. The location is very good as it is in the center and a lot of shops and restaurants are reachable by foot. The service and the reception is also very helpful, someone is present there 24/7! Still, the kitchen and the rooms (especially the bathroom) are not very clean. I dont know how many times someone comes to clean the shared spaces but it should be done more often. Also you have to change the sheets of your bed by yourself and check out at 10, other than i know it from other hosteld at 11, is pretty early. Last but not least, the hostel is VERY big and there are plenty of people here Due to the size ( with bar, cafe, ...) it feels very rushed and there is not really a nice closed space useable only for the people staying here to chill and connect. I have the impression many come here just to sleep. It feels very unpersonal and tbh we met some very weird or unfriendly guests here too, which i have to say, surprised me a little bit as i havent experienced that to this extend in other hostels. Still, if you just want to sleep here it is a good place to be and the workers here are all very nice! The kitchen has everything you need too.
