The decor of ParaNoir Pub is great, so is the music. Prices are fair. However, the service sucks. The staff seemed unmotivated and unfriendly. Both nights I was there, the bar area was even unstaffed at times, I spent several times more than 10 minutes without being able to place an order. At one point I was tired of waiting and just left, only to see the bartender outside, drinking and smoking with guests. Disappointing!
