I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I entered the reception, I was welcomed by the most friendly, professional, and helpful staff. Their warm smiles, kindness, and attention to every detail truly made me feel special. The staff are the biggest strength of this hotel and they deserve the highest praise for their outstanding hospitality. The hotel is beautiful, extremely clean, and has a wonderful fresh smell that creates a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere from the first step inside. The location is perfect and makes everything easily accessible. A truly memorable experience amazing service, great atmosphere, and a place I would happily return to. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Our stay at the hotel was amazing. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. A special thanks to PATRICIA at the reception — she was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. She guided us with everything we needed and made us feel very welcome. Patricia and all the other staff were lovely and professional as well. Highly recommended!
Overall 4.5/5 Plus: - Very good location - Very friendly staffs recommending us where to visits - Room was clean - Great amenities e.g. smart tv, kettle, strong water - Free welcome champaigne and coffee, free late checkout until 1pm (when book directly from their website) - Staff was flexible letting us check-in early at 1pm without extra cost. - Free luggage storage Minus: - Air conditioner is listed but only works during summer months (mid May - September). THIS IS AN IMPORTANT INFO THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN MENTIONED IN THE ROOM DESCRIPTION. It was one of the main reasons we selected this place. We were there 3days-2nights. On our first day/night the aircon has not yet in operation. Day temperature was like 25C, i sweated a bit during first night. Luckily the next day they decided to put it on service. So check with them when you book. - The place is inside a residential apartments. Tho it was not a very big problem for us, some might find it difficult to navigate the place. - Sound proof is not good. My room points to the inner yard so the noise mainly from the activities in the corridor. If you have a room points to the street, you might suffer from the street noise too... - The digital safe didnt work. It didnt open correctly. Seems it happened in another room as well where the staff had to use master key to open it.
I loved everything about my stay here! The staff was super nice. The location is absolutely amazing, everything touristy was less than 20 mins away. The rooms are modern, not extremely big but very nice and clean. The elevator might be a bit confusing to navigate but after the first time there isn't much of a problem. I got a great price deal, so it was extremely worth it, leading on the cheaper side which was very hard to believe but 100% real! I recommend this to everyone.
We had a very pleasant stay in Budapest and enjoyed our time at the hotel. Dorka was very kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and offered complimentary water and coffee. We also appreciated the hotel’s design. The location is excellent, right in the center of this beautiful city.
