We arrived late in the evening and the check-in process with multiple codes to enter at several doors was easy and fast. The communication beforehand was great. The reception closes in the late afternoon. Our heating in the room was not working properly and it was freezingly cold in the room. When telling the reception in the morning about it, she responded quite cold, which is in general why I am giving 4 stars as the reception was not very friendly. A few hours later I received an email that another upgraded room was available to change, which was a nice gesture. Both rooms that we had were very boutique and beautiful. Absolutely perfect. The location is incredibly good. Had a great stay, it would be more perfect if the staff was a bit more friendly.
I was in room 203 and it was spacious with a microwave, toaster and a washing machine. The internet was very spotty (Not sure about other areas) and would disconnect very often and sometime for a long period of time so if your not using your device that much than it would be fine but if you are doing work then I would not recommend rooms 201-204 as they use the same internet.
