The hotel's location is absolutely perfect as a base to explore Budapest. You are within walking distance of everything. The staff at the hotel made our stay very pleasant and enjoyable. The hotel restaurant is staffed by a great team and offers a great option for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooms are comfortable with comfortable bed and pillows. Additionally the rooms are cleaned daily and left in an impeccable state. All in all this was one of the best stays we had in Europe. A special shout out to Mehdi and the sommelier at the restaurant you went the extra mile and really made us feel welcome at all times.
Loved our stay here. Richard at the restaurant was extremely pleasant and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to help situate us in Budapest. Would definitely stay here again.
A wonderful place in the heart of Budapest, a place of character and charm. It is with regret that I did not stay longer here and will remedy that in the future. Their staff is kind and warm, I am so grateful to have been able to take with me such lovely cake to enjoy during my early morning flight. I also love their restaurant/Kavehaz, it is a must for me when in Budapest, as they have one of the best outdoor patios in the city.
A gem of a hotel in Budapest, in a brilliant area for accessing landmarks and transport. It's a really beautiful building with a rich history. Very friendly reception staff who were helpful and welcoming. The rooms are beautiful and have nice touches. Traditional decor and huge showers! Definitely worth going to the attached restaurant - excellent food and service there too.
Our stay at the hotel was particularly pleasant. At first we were warmly welcomed by Sonja, the receptionist. She was very friendly and helpful. We were impressed by the entrance hall. The rooms were very well maintained and neat. Everything fit perfectly into the frame. There was an eye for detail. Throughout our stay we always had the always friendly Sonja at the reception. When checking out, a friendly young man. Partly because of this cool hotel, our stay was very pleasant.
