Highly recommended! We stayed at the Collection Residence during July and loved it. The location is excellent—quiet yet close to major attractions, with a supermarket just 4 minutes away. The apartment was very clean, fully equipped, and comfortable. We also loved the adjoining bakery, which has amazing pastries and sandwiches. The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. If we return to Hungary, we will absolutely choose this hotel again. We recommend it wholeheartedly!"
The service was excellent. We arrived early and were able to check in and leave our luggage. When we returned later to pick up the keys, the staff had already brought our luggage to our room. This thoughtful gesture was greatly appreciated and made our stay even more enjoyable. Modern, clean, and spacious apartment with two bedrooms. The living room has air conditioning while the bedrooms do not, but the temperature was comfortable for us throughout our stay.
Highly recommended place to stay. They are 24/7 open and all staff (without exception) are super friendly. We never expected so wide and clean rooms with everything provided. Price is very affordable and much more than worthwhile. Thanks to manager of residence for hospitality and also creating right customer centric atmosphere and culture in hotel. Just well done team!
It was a wonderful stay! The location is central, just 2 minutes from Andrássy Avenue, you can actually get to any part of the city by public transport. It is an extremely clean and quiet location, we had an apartment, so everything was wonderful! An extremely welcoming place and the staff was always extremely kind. Only good!
Great appartement - Very Well equiped & modern! The appartement was really Nice & spacious. We had the 401 appt with 2 separate rooms. 1 bathroom with bath, another toilet with shower. Towels are provided & extra towels are for free. It is advicable to take the breakfast next Doors. Really nice pastries & coffee. The deal they offer at the réception is worth taking: €7 for coffee, orange juice & a pastry! The beds are very comfortable & the shower is great with lot’s of hot water coming out! I loved it! The location is out of the city centre, but Ubers are very cheap! Really good price/ quality!
