Fantastic spot for authentic Eastern European comfort food! Had an amazing experience at SVOI. The handmade pelmeni were perfectly cooked and served with a rich side of sour cream, and the chebureki (csebureki) were crispy, fresh, and delicious! Paired everything with a super refreshing homemade mint lemonade, which hit the spot. Highly recommend sitting outside on the terrace if the weather is nice. Great food, fair prices, and friendly service.

We went for breakfast after an early start at Parliament to buy tickets. Excellent service and great breakfast food - we had sweet syrnyky and cherry dumplings. Would recommend!

Vitália was so sweet and gave us fantastic recommendations! We had dumplings and crepes and everything was incredible. The drinks were delicious too! We will be back next time we visit. Such a perfect location close to Liberty Square

The food was quite tasty, but it didn’t exceed our expectations. What disappointed us the most was the fact that the dishes are not prepared on-site. Unfortunately, the restaurant uses frozen products. I was also a bit disappointed with the presentation of the food, as everything was served in disposable cardboard containers. I was expecting more. The service, however, was great. I have no complaints. The staff responded to all of our requests very quickly, which left us with a very positive impression. The location is very convenient, although the seating area is quite small.

I’m so glad I stumbled upon this bistro by chance. The location is simply top-notch—right next to the parliament building. I also really liked the interior. But what I liked most was that I was greeted by some very friendly and welcoming Ukrainian women who walked me through the menu, recommended I order okroshka (it was a very hot summer day)—which I ended up doing—and showed me where everything was, etc. The okroshka was delicious, as were the pancakes with chicken and mushrooms. It was a very positive experience☺️
