We were there on the weekend with my partner. It seemed a bit disorganized to us. When we got there, there was a misunderstanding about the reservation, but we finally sorted it out for a fee. Breakfast was included in the reservation, but the management showed it differently. Our yacht room was not the cleanest, our shower was not cleaned properly. The terrace area upstairs was full of cobwebs, and the jacuzzi itself was full of some kind of cleaning agent that foamed up, which was not the most pleasant for us either. Our breakfast was very delicious, but the most unpleasant thing was that the waiter picked up the leftovers from the table next to us and then started eating the bread in the middle of the restaurant in front of the guests. We asked when we had to leave the accommodation because 12 was written on our paper, they said 12, obviously we lived with it, there was a misunderstanding here too… because the cleaning staff let us out. We were in the room, we could have done anything… but the cleaning lady came without asking and asked when we wanted to leave because we were supposed to leave the accommodation at 11 o’clock. Of course we were upset and complained, which she also complained about, but it was quite unpleasant that she came in and we quickly started packing because she started washing dishes… so the experience was not worth the price. However, I can only praise the harbor master, he was very kind and helpful, thank him again from here!
My partner and I were at this place on Monday for his birthday. Very nice, quiet room, the jacuzzi is amazing. The Harbour Master, Levi, was also extremely helpful. There was a small communication error when booking, but their flexibility made up for it. Szabolcs, who made the booking, is very pro-guest, so he immediately offered us a completely good solution to the misunderstanding that had arisen. The manager of the Melba bistro also gave us a 10% discount🥰🥰🥰
Amazing experience. Both the hotel and the restaurant were great! I highly recommend it
My partner and I arrived for 2 days, we had a great time, we met great staff, we met a helpful harbor master (Levente) The rooms were clean, we tried the jacuzzi, it was a special experience We will be back again😊
Very pretty both on the inside and outside 🫶🏼 They have jacuzzis on the top, fairy and led lights all over to give you a cozy vibe! ✨ I will definitely come again in the summer🌸
