We stayed there for two nights because another reservation of ours was cancelled; the ladies at the reception were truly very helpful, and we received cheerful service. The rooms were spotless, and after we checked out, they safely stored our luggage for the entire day. The location is truly wonderful.

Very friendly staff, always helpful and polite! Rooms are big and very modern. Ambient is amazing. Breakfast is ok, nothing extraordinary but everyone will find something and doesn't need to be hungry. The hotel is very well located and the area is just beautiful. I will come back for sure! Next time as tourist.
Best hotel we’ve been so far! The reception was AMAZING, super prepared and helpful. The nicest people. Location is the great, in the heart of the city. Room super clean and modern. Such a GREAT experience! When in Budapest, come here! RECOMMENDED!
