This is my second time coming to Radisson BudaPart and we had again a great experience! The hotel is clean, very well equipped, the breakfast is delicious and the staff is extremely kind and helpful. Overall we had a very nice stay.
My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. From the moment we arrived, our room had a strong cooking smell, especially garlic. The situation was even worse in the bathroom, where it seemed as if a kitchen exhaust or ventilation duct was connected to the area, causing unpleasant odors to come through constantly. In addition, the air conditioning never managed to cool the room properly. The temperature remained uncomfortable throughout our stay, and to make matters worse, there was no way to open a window to get fresh air or improve ventilation. We reported the air conditioning issue to the staff, but we were simply told that the system was working correctly. However, the room never cooled down, and the problem was never resolved. I expected much better from a hotel of this category. Between the persistent cooking odors and the ineffective air conditioning, our stay was quite uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel.
After reading some of the reviews, I think it’s time to share our own experience. The hotel is not actually located in the city center, but I believe this is clear in the time of booking. There is an excellent connection of a public transport with several options to reach all parts of the city, and the nearest stop is just about 300 meters from the hotel. It took about 10 minutes to reach Szecheniyi thermal baths. You can really feel the genuine desire of the staff to make everything pleasant for their guests. We were very satisfied and will definitely come back again. I was especially surprised that, since we had an early departure, a takeaway breakfast was prepared for us. Everything was neatly and thoughtfully packed — such a kind and considerate gesture. Thank you for the warm hospitality, we will definitely come back again!
One of the best hotel stays I’ve experienced! Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic (and fresh). The location is close to public transport which made navigating very easy. The room was clean, spacious and convenient. Would definitely be back and highly recommend!
The bathroom wasn't clean. It was smelly, dirty toilet and the air purifier wasn't working. I also found hair in my bed and dust in the bathroom mirrors and garbage can. The hotel is not in the central area, so there are not a lot of options to go outside. If it's only a night to rest, it's ok, but not for tourism. The night staff in the entrance were not available, the girls were always chatting in another room and I had to call out aloud to talk to them. The rooms a nice and so is the breakfast. Service at the restaurant is fine. It's not a hotel I would choose again. Cleaning and good client service is very important to me.
