The service was very good and everyone was so helpful! On a particularly busy weekend in Budapest, Formula 1, I arrived and the receptionist immediately saw my walking stick. She apologised that the only room available was on the top floor and there is no lift. She insisted on carrying my suitcase upstairs!
Chez Zeiza is a wonderful place to stay in Budapest. The design of the rooms and the hotel as a whole is exquisitely tasteful and well crafted architecturally. The breakfast is very nice and the staff very helpful. It's located in a calm residential neighborhood so you can really relax well. There are a number of good restaurants around (Bonita Bisztro for instance, a great italian place). But its also well connected by public transport, so can explore the city with this hotel as your base very well.
Very cozy place! Friendly staff, great experience, even the location is not so urban (uphill from the bus station ~7/8min). Fresh breakfast, clean rooms, plenty of sunshine! Renovated about a year ago, so everything is great! Parking place is in front off hotel and it is paid 15e/day, it can be paid at reception desk.
We enjoy our stay with quiet street, modern deco and friendly staff. Comfy bed with its firmness. Easy checkin and access to building and room. Breakfast are basic.
Chez Zeiza was such a gem of a stay. From the moment we arrived, it felt super friendly and welcoming, from the lovely staff and beautiful decor to the sweet breakfast setting and our gorgeous room. There honestly wasn’t anything we’d change about the place. We stayed for two nights and the room had everything we needed. It was very well decorated, clean and tidy, smelled fabulous, and the shower was dreamy! Chez Zeiza is located in Buda, in a calm and peaceful area. We took short taxi rides to all the main attractions and they were always under €10. The only thing to note is that there’s no lift, we were on the third floor with light luggage, and that was no problem for us. Highly recommend for a friendly and lovely place to stay.
