I spent one week at this hotel. Not only is the location incredibly convenient, but the staff were also exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I’d especially like to thank Zsófia and Anna, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and were always accommodating and kind. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place in the heart of the city while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. Although it’s centrally located, it isn’t directly on the main road, making it a quiet and relaxing place to stay.
The good location only . Breakfast buffet is a continental . If you like to pay for the room and you love ham and cheese and white bread welcome . No fruits at all . I brought my own to have some with a yogurt . The yogurt is not available by 9:15 so you are forced to go for 8 o clock breakfast and you may have few items extra for breakfast Rooms are advertised as queen size on a lot of websites but they are double . I have to flush toilet 4/5 times . A/c not working very hot in the room the end of May . They offered a fan( this is a joke ).pillows are terrible and if you like good pillow you pay extra 15 euros for them . Another way to make money . Have you cleaning stuff cleaning better the breakfast area . When I lift my place mat is a lot of dirt under not clean . I give 2 stars for the location
We had a fabulous few days in Budapest and this hotel was perfect in every way! Really good location, tram, bus and train just 100-200m away. The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. Pleased to have a little bar fridge in the room as well and we could get wineglasses from the bar downstairs. Breakfast was adequate and the room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this as a great hotel for a city break!
The location of the hotel is perfect for sightseeing. Very basic but reasonably clean. Had a few problems with our room when we arrived but the staff were very helpful especially Emilian Rado the young man on reception and he helped sorting everything out for us. We were room only. Had breakfast at the hotel the first morning. Very basic.
