It didnt really feel like a 4 star boutique except the price. the breakfast felt like a 3 star b&b, breakfast was also not super appetizing, fruit salad and green leaves seem a bit old. the room was quite small also, the toilet seat was slightly loose. we expected more from the place but it didnt feel right , starting from the service of the first day when we checked in. The front desk didnt sound very happy and we felt like being lectured by a teacher on how we should carefully behave in the hotel. The staff we met other days were nice. This is one of the 3 four star hotel we are staying at in Budapest and it is not at the same level with the other two.
What an amazing place to stay! We checked in very late (after midnight) but they ensured to leave clear instructions for us at the door. They also communicated these instructions very clearly beforehand, which was greatly appreciated. The room is amazing, very spacious and clean. The AC is such an amazing benefit. The rooms and hotel in itself is very quite at night so you sleep very well, the beds are also super comfortable and the rooms are very clean, this is super important to us. . The personel is SO friendly and attentive, they checked in with us to see if all went well and they assisted us with taxi service. Because we leave early and won't be able to have breakfast, they even provided us with a takeaway breakfast! Honestly what a service! The breakfast itself has a lot of variety, all very yummy and fresh and the hotel itself is located in a very nice and central area. Would recommend to anyone coming to Budapest!!!!
Such a beautiful hotel, perfect for our weekend away. Rooms were spacious, clean and nicely decorated. A vast continental breakfast served each morning and the most friendly and accommodating staff. I will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend!
I truly loved my stay at House Beletage. The hotel is in a perfect location, the rooms were spacious and beautifully maintained, and most of the staff were phenomenal! Friendly, attentive, and warm. That said, my experience with one staff member, Nikki, was less positive. Her communication and in-person interactions felt rushed and dismissive, which made parts of the stay less welcoming. While this was a minor issue in the context of my overall stay, I wanted to note it so future guests have a complete picture. Overall, I would still highly recommend House Beletage for its comfort, location, and wonderful team members.
We stayed at Beletage Hotel during Christmas and had a great experience. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, the hotel was very clean and felt safe, and most importantly, the rooms were warm and comfortable we never felt cold. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend it to others!!
