Fabulous hotel. Great style,comfort excellent service and such a beautiful location. Restaurant on the Garden Terrace is very atmospheric and lush planting. New breakast room is excellent, great style and good choices of food.
We stayed at this hotel as a family of four in one of their suites on the top floor. The staff were all very friendly and polite and truly went out of their way to try and accommodate our every need. The hotel is perfectly located for anyone new to Budapest as it is right in the midst of all the public transport facilities from metro trains to busses, trolleys as well as the tram service. There are many shopping amenities nearby for anything from food to fashion. Two suggestions from me: 1. The hotel must sort out their temperature issue as one is unable to change the room temperature which can be frustrating. This could be due to the fact that the hotel was undergoing some renovations but I would keep a close eye on that. 2. The gym needs an upgrade. Its a bit dull and darkish down there. I suggest new equipment, mirrors and windows to create a welcoming and lighter atmosphere. i preferred running outside as it helped me to navigate Budapest better at the old end. I would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat as the friendliness, generosity and helpful nature of the staff there is unmatched, especially as someone with a family who are brand new to Hungary and Hungarian Culture. We received a complimentary upgrade upon arrival due to available capacity. The staff were exceptional, the room was spotless and the hotel is conveniently located right next to Metro Line 1. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.
Very nice hotel staff, they were very helpful when checking in and asking them about the city. The location is lovely for people who prefer a more quiet place, though it is half an hour away from the city center. The rooms were clean and tidy, don't have any complaints.
Lovely friendly staff, especially George, Monica and Esta who were all super helpful, chatty and informative. Nice room, everything well maintained and clean. Our only negative was that the hot food at breakfast on occasions was just warm and not hot but there was a nice selection. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you
