Great Hotel, super friendly staff. Excellent breakfast and the mate to order omelette by the chef was the best I’ve had Location is a bit out of the city and not much around. They have a gym and fitness club arrangement that is two minutes around the corner - top quality club. My 3 improvement requests would be…. 1. Make an area for people who want to work in the lobby - not very business user friendly. - you can use the dining area if you take away all the dinner sets. And no where is there any electric sockets to charge laptops etc 2. Be more content with the hotel temperature. When it’s warm outside - nice to have some air conditioning on - instead they have it set at 23 degC - too warm to sit a work relaxed. 3. The steepness of the car park and the concrete lip as you drive over the top ledge - is so high I kept scraping my car underneath (not lowered - just BMW 8 series standard) and if you drive at 2-3h to reduce damage - you have to get out of your car and go reinsert your room key as the garage door doesn’t stay open long enough lol. But I want to reiterate how friendly and accommodating these staff are. Even the younger ones, go out of their way to greet you and be friendly - And some other Addison’s they look more like rabbits in a cars headlights. Thank you
Good hotel to stay at. The rooms are clean and spacious. Air conditioning, the bathroom is clean. The staff is friendly and eager to help. The breakfast choices are great and the food is delicious.
Very pleasant hotel located some distance away from the noise of the Budapest city center. Welcoming and helpful reception staff. Clean and spacious rooms with facilities to make tea or coffee in the room and great variety of food choices at breakfast time. Highly recommended.
The hotel’s location is not the most central, but this is not a major issue: shared e-scooters are available nearby and allow you to reach the city center in about 20 minutes. What I would really like to highlight is the high quality of the hotel, the service, and above all the exceptional kindness of the staff. They fulfilled virtually every request we had with great professionalism and willingness to help. In 25 years of traveling around the world for work, I have rarely encountered such courteous personnel. The breakfast is simply outstanding, both in terms of the quality of the products and the wide variety offered. Definitely a hotel I would recommend. Well done to the whole team!
