We had the best check-in experience we’ve ever had, thanks to Okan at the reception. He welcomed us with a warm smile, genuine kindness, and professionalism, making us feel at home from the very beginning. We’d like to sincerely thank him for his outstanding hospitality. The rooms are a bit small. Having more space or a luggage rack for suitcases would make the stay even more convenient. The location is excellent, the internet connection is fast, and the hotel’s facilities are enough.
Good central location near to most ruin bars and nightclubs and not far from most tourist attractions also (45 minute walk to the danube). Great spots for chatting and hanging out and meeting people (if thats your vibe) but also very quiet and relaxed, especially at night! Staff were very helpful and kind, there is also a safe at reception for valuables which we thought was great!! Only complaint is that the kitchen had very little cutlery and only one small PACKED fridge which made it difficult when making our own food.
Absolutely amazing place! The breakfast was delicious, with fresh, high-quality food and plenty of options. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The accommodation was also excellent: clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Everything was well looked after, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this place both for breakfast and for staying. I’d happily come back!
I had an early train arriving at the city, so I wanted to get some rest and sleep in the morning. It was relatively simple to find the location, given that it’s my second time in the city overall. The receptionists working that shift (4th of June) were very nice and kind. They accommodated me with a perfect room for my needs, answered all the questions. One of the receptionists’ name was Okan. I specifically wrote it down since he was wonderful and I wanted to add it to the review. The room had AC (life saving in this weather), everything was clean and nice. In the morning he was going n the shift with another lady - Paula, she was also very nice and helpful. They helped with advice on food locations and generally were very nice and welcoming 😇. I also could leave my luggage there while taking a walk in the city, which is a big bonus. This stay was exceptionally amazing and Okan was very kind and helped me get the best of this stay. Thank you again!
I stayed at this hostel and really enjoyed my time here. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. They made me feel comfortable from the first moment. The atmosphere was warm, safe, and perfect for travellers like me. Special thanks to the reception Okan for his kindness and professionalism. I truly appreciate their support during my stay. I will definitely come back again. As a hotelier, I really liked service.
