Foreigner friendly, staff speaks great English, quite helpful. The equipment is good but its jam packed into the space. Would recommend. You can try a cheap 7 day pass. You have to download an app to get the membership
I agree with Zsuzsanna Bordacs's feedback. Instructor V.T. 's behaviour is unacceptable. No matter how popular you think you are, you cannot stop behaving as a human being. Your job is partly to motivate those who choose your class, not to humiliate them just because you decide not to like them or because they arrive 1 minute late for the class (while the official policy of Lite Wellness allows 5 minutes delay) or they are shy and don't like to get humiliating attention from you. This was the last time for me. From now on, I will never attend his classes again. And in an ideal world - with his attitude and after so many complaints - he would be out of work.
The place itself seems nice, although it looks like it hasn’t been renovated in quite a while. The classes are very diverse, and most of the instructors are great. However, I’m only giving two stars because there is one instructor who behaves in a very humiliating way. He locks the door from the inside so that even if someone is just 3 minutes late, they can’t enter the class. I don’t think this is an acceptable attitude — when someone finally motivates themselves to exercise, this is not the way to encourage them. Also, the music is played so loudly that spending even 30 minutes in the room feels like it could cause lasting hearing damage.
