I’ve stayed at W Hotels in many different cities, and although my experience at the W Osaka left me a little disappointed—mainly because of the service—the W Budapest completely changed my impression. The service here is outstanding: efficient, attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we arrived. Check-in was quick, seamless, and very well organised, while still feeling personal. The hotel is beautiful, stylish, and impeccably clean throughout. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary glass of champagne delivered to our room, which was a lovely touch and made us feel truly valued. Breakfast offered a great variety of high-quality options, with something for everyone. Overall, W Budapest exceeded my expectations. The excellent service, attention to detail, and warm hospitality made this one of the best W Hotel experiences I’ve had. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.
The most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed at, we got a room upgrade and it was completely stunning. The Palace (W building) used to be the national institute of ballet and I love how they've maintained the old style of architecture but also made it modern and classed it up. The staircase is beautiful, and the staff were friendly. I was honestly a little sad leaving but was really happy all around. The only thing I'd want to improve upon is that our room never seemed to be the correct temperature - it said 18.5°C but it was definitely hotter than that. Nothing outrageous but was sweating a little at night.
Absolutely loved my stay at the W Hotel in Budapest! From the moment we arrived, the service was flawless every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. The hotel itself is stunning. The design and decoration are so unique and stylish, blending modern luxury with the city’s historic charm. Every detail feels thoughtfully curated. The food was equally impressive delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Whether it was breakfast or drinks, everything exceeded expectations. All staff is amazing! Great service. Always trying to give the best service and stay! Overall, an incredible experience from start to finish. Truly a 10/10 stay highly recommended, and I can’t wait to come back!
Our stay at the W Budapest, part of the Marriott chain, was absolutely spectacular! We spent three fabulous nights and loved everything: the rooms, the service, the spa, the decor—and we especially enjoyed the dinners we had at the hotel. The food was amazing, the sushi night was a highlight, and honestly, everything was perfect. But above all, we have to praise Barbara (Barbi), who made our experience even better. She was incredibly attentive, kind, and accommodating with our gluten intolerance. It was a pleasure meeting her, and the delicious desserts she brought us were the icing on the cake! We’ll definitely be back!

We were equally impressed with the outstanding dining experience throughout our visit. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent — the food was delicious, fresh, and well-presented, with a great selection to choose from. The restaurant service was attentive, friendly, and professional at all times; the staff made us feel welcome and took excellent care of us. Overall, we had a wonderful and unforgettable stay. We highly recommend W Budapest to anyone looking for a stylish, unique, and high-quality hotel experience in Budapest!
