I stayed for 3 nights. The room is great, pretty quiet, the bed is comfortable. The location is great, 2 min walk from trams and bus to all major things. There is a grocery 4 min away. Only two less great things were that the AC is venting right om the bed. The water mixing is not stable so you get fluctuating temp.
This hotel is phenomenal! Everyone is so friendly, the rooms are clean and its prime location. It’s fun and definitely a VIBE from the moment you check in till the time you checkout. Highly recommended 🙌
Our room was very large, with high ceilings, and the shower was excellent. Those were definitely the highlights of the stay. The location is also perfect, very central in downtown Budapest and convenient for exploring the city. The decoration of the hotel, however, was not really my taste. It has a very cartoon like style that might appeal to teenagers, but personally it felt a bit like being in a cheap version of Disneyland. The most unpleasant part was the strong smell of fried food throughout the hotel. It was quite pungent and noticeable in many areas, which made it rather uncomfortable at times. Please consider doing something about this lingering smell. Breakfast was acceptable, but the service could be improved. Several items ran out almost an hour before breakfast ended and they were not replenished despite they had kitchen staff, which was disappointing. Overall there are a few good aspects, but the experience could definitely be improved.
Best location in Budapest, the hotel is new, fresh with an excellent service from all of their staff. Breakfast included, and I found it wonderful. The room is perfect for couples, with daily cleaning and complimentary water. Very high recommended by me. We will definitely come back. Roi V.
Excellent hotel in a perfect location, very convenient for getting around. The hotel is completely new. The breakfast was very good, rich, and varied. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service. A great stay overall – highly recommended!
