⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent hotel – highly recommended! We had a wonderful stay at YOU HOTEL Budapest and would happily choose this hotel again on our next visit to Budapest. The location is excellent, with easy access to the city center and major attractions. Having parking available right in front of the hotel was also a big advantage and made our stay even more convenient. The hotel is modern, stylish, colorful, and exceptionally well maintained. Everything feels new, clean, and welcoming. There is an elevator, making it easy to move around the hotel, and the overall atmosphere is bright and relaxing. Our room was not very large, but it was perfectly comfortable for two people. It was spotlessly clean, well designed, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The bathroom was modern, spacious, and very well equipped. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its excellent accessibility for wheelchair users and guests with reduced mobility. The hotel has step-free access, an elevator, spacious accessible rooms, and large bathrooms that are easy to use for wheelchair users. This level of accessibility deserves special recognition and makes the hotel an excellent choice for travelers with mobility needs. Although we didn’t have breakfast, so we can’t comment on the food, every other aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the hotel offered fantastic value for money, and everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. If we return to Budapest in the future, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a modern, comfortable, affordable, and accessible place to stay in Budapest. A well-deserved 5 stars!
Location is great, about 8 min walk from Astoria M, where the airport shuttle stops and also Metro station + tram stop. Room is fabulously modern; I love the ceiling speakers with Bluetooth pairing through the wall panel. I accidentally found YouTube under ‘Hotel’ menu on the TV; it should be featured on the main screen together with Netflix. Unfortunately, there is no safe in the room, else it would be perfect. Housekeeping need to step up also, maybe with a checklist, because used cups were not replaced & vanity kits were not replenished. Breakfast spread is ok, but there were flies at times and after 9:30 am, the food is not warm anymore. Also, HUF 4000 each for washing & drying is too much. I hope all these can be improved.
Our adventure in you Budapest hotel started with absolutely perfect check in. And I mean it as a fellow accor front office employee. It was complete, warm and we felt very welcomed there. Hands down for the service of both receptionists. It was my first time staying in Handwritten hotel, as my country does not have this brand. Therefore, I was surprised with a lack of minifridge, kettle and complimentary water (later I discovered some place in the liberty corner but i wasn’t sure if it was for the guests to use). Nevertheless, we managed without a fridge, and it was definitely too warm for a tea, but those type of things you just expect to be in 4 stars hotel (or just some solutions like a water station in the corridors). So that was only minus there. Besides that we were given a splendid room, with huge TV with the possibility to connect through netflix, amazing bathroom and! a balcony – which I am sure I din’t order, so massive thank yous to the team. Cleanliness absolutely met out expectations as well as pleasant team. We decided to add breakfast and we are happy that we did, because it was absolutely marvelous! Everything fresh and the variety through days was surprising even for me. My friend needed decaf coffee and it wasn’t a problem to the team. I’m gonna miss the breakfast the most and I’m gonna describe them in my hotel, because some solutions were great. Also once more hands up to the team whith whom I was corresponding with before my arrival, because they fullfilled my request with two seperate duvets and sent me an invoice right after my payment. I was truly amazed by this stay, the hotel vibe and the team. It was my great pleasure to be there. Kind regards to whole You hotel crew, because my stay with us was beyond satisfactory.
Well located, 2 minutes walking for a bus stop and 7 minutes walking from the metro. Our room was spacious, comfortable beds - bunk beds for the kids 🙌🏻 so no arguments he/she is pulling my covers.. 🤩 Bathroom with amenities and a very good hairdryer! Microwave and small fridge also available in the room. Breakfast was plentiful - Hungarian food (hot and cold), cakes, cereals, cheese, bread, yogurt, juices, coffee and hot chocolate. Staff were brilliant, helpful & welcoming. Small gym with nice well maintained equipments, washing machine and dryer also available 🥰 There was cinema - the days we were there, Harry Potter series were being shown We would go back and recommend the hotel! Me and my partner have just returned home from a lovely five night stay at this gorgeous central Pest hotel. The hotel was immaculately clean, staff were smiley and friendly and we really loved our room. Everything felt new, and we enjoyed the cool features with the room lighting and connecting our phone music to the room speakers. It was also very quiet with no noise disrupting our sleep whatsoever. The location is great with plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants and sights within a short walking distance. Highly recommend.
