They gave me a totally different room than advertised and there are so many complains but I won’t get into the details since I’ve already accepted that this is 2.5 stars at best. There is a much better hotel nearby for the same or cheaper - Ikonik parliament. Feedback for the hotel: Today, someone left their grandfather to run the reception. I simply asked for a new pair of hotel slippers so there is a layer of protection between my feet and the dirty room carpets but he refused to help, telling me very condescendingly that “as far as he knows” there are no slippers and I can ask the staff in the morning. I tried to explain many times that they had to get it from housekeeping as with the night of my arrival (similar time) but he simply refused to listen and just repeated the same over and over. Very nice. Other than that, the other staff has been pleasant. However if once imagines that this place is a nice youth hostel with their own room, one might even enjoy their stay here
Visited from Toronto, Canada & stayed in their best Suite Option Room. This is 3.5/5 Star hotel. The rooms are very basic and nothing stands out. The layout of the shower is ridiculous and water just gets everywhere. The reason we chose this hotel was of the pictures of the pool and the rooftop terrace. However both are closed or under big time renovations making them unable to enjoy. Only benefit of this hotel is its location to the river, the nice bakery beside it and the great breakfast they offer. However definitely leaves for more to be wanted & better service from staff.
The location is very good, close to the center and most of the attractions are walking distance. The customer service front desk when we checked in was very uninformative and brushed us of. The girl at front desk didn't tell us for example that the elevator has besides the floor numbers 1, 2, 3 also have 2A, 2B or 3A and 3 B buttons. We were confused. Then had to figure out ourselves. She didn't tell us about hotel amenities:roof top and sauna and swimming pool. When we asked where is everything she was getting annoyed. All standard rooms facing inner hall with small window which has to be closed all the time with curtains to keep privacy. Rooms very dark. We asked to change the room and were given better room, no charge, facing the street. But the phone inside the room didn't work. And they didn't fixed it when we addressed it. Bed sheets had hair from previous customers, please be ware, check carefully before laying down The bathroom sink countertop was broken. Towels are old and very rough. Need upgrade. Also mattress and pillows very old
The location could hardly be better. The reception and lobby look promising, but the rooms do not live up to the expectation. They were outdated, the beds too soft and the temperature unpleasant. My room faced the inner "courtyard" so I didn't have a room facing outside, which was not a problem apart from the fact that staff were making noise already at 6:00 am. Breakfast offered a large selection but none of it was particularly good.
