Our stay at this boutique hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed. The hotel is beautifully designed, with incredible attention to every detail, creating such a warm and stylish atmosphere. The staff were exceptional—kind, friendly, and genuinely caring. Their personal service made all the difference. They also gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations and took care of the reservations for us. Every restaurant they recommended was outstanding! The location couldn’t have been better—perfect for exploring Budapest. The bed was by far the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, with the softest, highest-quality linens, making every night’s sleep perfect. Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a beautiful boutique hotel with outstanding service, a perfect location, and an unforgettable experience, this is the place to stay. We can’t wait to come back!
Spectacular hotel in Budapest! Great quiet location in a perfect spot to explore. Our entire trip from beginning to end was perfect. Staff communication was superb. The hotel is beautiful. The room was large and beautifully decorated and had everything we could need. Great bed and shower. Lovely looking out over the park and neighborhood. We loved it! The intimate breakfast was a great start to the day. Delicious and wonderful service. Sara and the entire staff made us feel at home and we’ll certainly book again next time we’re in town. Highly recommend!
So cute, quaint and great customer service. This hotel is perfectly located walking distance to so much in Pest but not on a main street and by a park. The decor is darling, the breakfast is the perfect amount of good food to start your day and I love the pillow menu they offer for comfort! The staff bend over backwards to help you.
We loved our stay in Hotel Collect, the best part of the stay was breakfast on our beautiful room balcony. The hotel is located on a quiet street next to a lovely park, easy walk from the central area of Budapest. There are several cafeterias and restaurants in the nearby streets, and the park is a really nice spot to sit and simply watch people passing by. We staid in the Suite with balcony and park view, the room was spacious and really well put together, with attention to the detail. I saw some reviews complaining about the small breakfast space - when we arrived, the staff suggested to reserve the breakfast time, but told we could also take the breakfast upstairs to our balcony. We did this, and it was fabulous. The hotel is perfect for a romantic holiday and I would definitely stay here again when staying in Budapest!
