Great place. Helpful people, very clean and well decorated rooms. Great air conditioning. Very quiet. It’s a little away from city center, but not bad really, and there are tons of great things to do on your way there from the hotel. I’d definitely stay again.
Initially want to stay here for three night but we extended our stay. The staff were super super friendly and helpful, they offered a free upgrade to our extended stay! And also we did free laundry then they will dry your clothes which it’s really convenient when you r traveling through many countries. It is a boutique hotel is not at the most prime location, but I will say it’s really convenient to go to the train station and the underground. Highly recommended if you stay in Budapest!
One of the best boutique hotel experiences I have ever had. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional hospitality. Every member of the team was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. The level of customer service was outstanding throughout my entire stay. The hotel offers many thoughtful touches that make a guest feel cared for, including complimentary laundry and ironing services, as well as complimentary coffee delivered to your room upon request. Another feature I really appreciated was the QR code guide created by the hotel. It contains a carefully selected list of restaurants, cafés, bars, thermal baths, attractions, and local recommendations, which made exploring Budapest incredibly easy and enjoyable. It is clear that a lot of thought has gone into every detail of the guest experience. Combined with the warm hospitality of the staff, it made my stay truly memorable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Budapest.
We had an amazing stay at this super cozy hotel, very well located in Pest. First of all, we had a very warm welcome with a little quiz and great recommendations about Budapest: what to see, what to do, where to eat, and what you do not want to miss. Then, our lovely receptionist checked us in and made sure we had everything we may need. During our stay, we even got a message if everything was ok. That was the cherry on top! This was the best welcome I got at any place I stayed in. Not even 5-star hotels have the same level of service. The room was beautiful and super clean. The area was also super quiet. I definitely recommend it! Thank you for everything. I hope we will come back!
We stayed here for four nights. Upon arrival, the staff was very hospitable. We asked if there was an upgrade to a room with a bath, which we received free of charge. The staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help! Next time we're in Budapest, we'll definitely return and recommend it to friends!
