The girls at the reception were extremely kind and helpful. One very convenient thing is that if you arrive early, you can leave your luggage and go out to explore the city. The same applies if your flight is later in the day – for example, at 6 PM – you can leave your bags there until around 4 PM, which is really helpful and saves you from looking for luggage storage elsewhere. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
We really enjoyed our stay at this place. I was skeptical due to all the negative comments, and don’t get me wrong- it is a bit of a hustle to get to the hotel when reception is closed, but rooms and service themselves is nice! We booked via Booking.com and were never left without an answer. We got all the instructions on how to get to the place, it is in the center, so location is great. AC is working, rooms are spacious, they are equipped with all you need. The view is great as well! I do however give 4 instead of 5 for couple of reasons - there were some stains on the carpet, paint was off in places of shower faucet, we could not watch any TV channels so found TV kind of useless for our stay which is a bummer during the World Cup, and the wine corkscrew was taken for the whole evening by another room (???). I would overall recommend this place!

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and they have a 24/7 hotline so you can contact them anytime. - The room was spacious, filled with natural light, and had curtains to block out light and noise. - The bathroom was very clean and well-maintained. - Welcome tea, coffee, and bottled water were readily available upon our arrival. Location: The building is located right next to the main street, making it very convenient for visiting attractions.
