Porc Tepertő (Crispy Pork Cracklings) – A crunchy, flavorful Hungarian favorite! Hungarian Charcuterie Board – A selection of local cured meats, Pogácsa (savory scones) & smoked cheese. Savanyúság Tasting Workshop – A deep dive into Hungary’s love for pickled delicacies, as we uncover this hidden gem beneath the market, often missed by tourists and visitors.
