Description

We are a well-known pro company that sustains itself for 2 decades by guiding canoeing tours, our experience spams from Hungary via the Mekong and the Ganges in Asia, all the way to New Zealand. After safety instructions we get on the river (in very STABLE canoes that have never capsized so far). It is a slow river and a safe adventure that you can enjoy with zero experience. We are going around ISLANDS and sometimes just go with the flow, lay back, SWIM and enjoy the sun. Going to canoe 15 km in about 2-2.5 hours + rest and swim stops. We provide: well-sized life-vests and paddles, water-proof containers for your things, rope, first-aid kit, sitting mats and blankets in colder weather. We finish the canoeing at Leányfalu where we can have lunch at a REALLY LOCAL restaurant with Hungarian specialities. We can take it away and have it on a bench by the river. Then we (optinally) go to the Best SaunaHouse around Budapest (rated 4.7 on google by 214 visitors), where you can treat yourself after the outdoor adventures and enjoy the hot and elegant ambience. They offer several different sauna rooms: - Finnish sauna (90 Celsius) - steam bath (85 Celsius) - saulty sauna (45 Celsius) - log sauna (85 Celsius) - infralight sauna + a plunge pool to cool off between the sauna sessions. They also have a bar with drinks of all sorts. Following the sauna we have a 40 mins drive back to the accomodation where you can finish your rich day. I have been guiding trips since 2003, had over 9000 guests from 57 countries and I am a world-traveller myself. I am on pic no. 6. The sauna is not necessarily part of the program, if you prefer to miss it or just want to enjoy a free beach on the Danube, we give you back 6000 huf/15 euro from the fee in cash.
