Description

Journey through Hungary's history, experience a unique section of the River Danube, commonly referred to as the ”Danube Bend”. Start off by seeing the city of Esztergom from another perspective during a photo stop in Slovakia. Then head out in the comfort of an air-conditioned bus and enjoy the remarkable city of Esztergom, home to the largest Catholic church in the country. In addition to experiencing a great view of river valley, you will also have time to enjoy a 3-course lunch in the city of Visegrád. Afterwards, you will continue to the magical artist’s village of Szentendre, where your guide will show you the downtown area with its cobblestone streets. At the end of the tour, return to Budapest either by boat on every Friday, Saturday and Sunday (from 15th May to 31st October) or by bus on every Wednesday (from 15th May to 31st Oc). In case of extremely low or high water level on the River Danube, the return to Budapest will be by bus as well.
