It's ok. We went 10:30pm on a Thursday and was half busy. They made out like we needed a reservation but 100% don't. Anyways the cocktails were fine but very expensive because I don't think this places lives up to the other nice cocktail bars around. What really annoyed me though was when we got the bill there was another 27% added. I asked what it was and the guy said it was the city tax and they don't get any of it. He was waving the card machine with tip option in front of me. I pushed a bit more and eventually got out that it was service charge and something else. But 27%!? He also tried to make out that all venues here do it...which is also a lie.
Cool vibes with delicious drinks and tasty popcorn! The bartenders genuinely looked like they enjoyed their jobs and were having a great time no matter how busy it got. The drinks were really cool and I enjoyed them.
Go for ppc, it’s the best cocktailbar in Budapest, the atmosphere is nice (good music, good talk, a lot of special events). The bartender is kind and friendly. Can make amazing off-carte drinks ☺️
We were looking for exactly a place like this — very cozy, with amazing cocktails, the perfect spot for a girls’ night out! Thank you for your kindness!
