First time in Budapest and this hotel was well located for exploring the city by foot or public transport. The hotel is located nearby to a popular square and transport interchange so it can get very busy in the immediate area. Studio room was very generous with a good sized and well equipped open kitchen & living area with a very good sized adjoining bedroom with comfortable bed. Bathroom was big, with a washing machine and an excellent shower. Our room, although on a higher floor up, was facing the main street and noise was noticeable through the windows, so something to consider if you check in online and select your room. The AC was much needed and tremendously cool which meant the room was always a perfect temperature. We were notified of a fire alarm test during our stay but we weren't there for it but appreciated the heads up. Unfortunately, the next morning, about 6AM, the fire alarm did go off (as a false alarm, thankfully) which was obviously incredibly loud and not ideal. Otherwise this stay was very pleasant and would recommend the hotel.
The hotel was really pleasant and in Pesht city center! We admired the stay and will come back when in Budapest. Th staff were very helpful and we had great time that they even helped change the room when we asked due to some street noise. Plus, it is connected to another beautiful hotel and newyork cafe where you can go for few minutes to chill and have beautiful coffee viewing amazing architecture with artistic vibes.
We were staying in this hotel. We really liked the room, as it was really spacious and well equipped. The service team is really good all over the place (reception, cleaning, breakfast waiters, and so on…). Especially Bence, has been making our breakfasts really great. It is just different, if there is a waiter, who is always motivated, smiling and doing the best job. We have really appreciated that. Thank you! For the location: from the hotel, you can reach anything really fast. The public transportation is well structured and reasonable priced for us as tourists.
Hotel in a great location. Courteous staff in an exceptional teacher. They really try in every way to make the customer happy. Spacious and pleasant rooms. As a travel agent who works with hotels, I want to praise Judith from the reception department, who is simply amazing and kind. Thank you very much for everything, the guests are happy and joyful. They were also upgraded to a larger room ❤️
The NH Collection Hotel is one of the best hotels that i have stayed at. The rooms were extremely well furbished and very clean. Our room had a loungeroom and full kitchen with a separate bedroom. We were upgraded with a balcony. Room service was great and the two concierges, Emese and Csana'd were very friendly, knowledgeable. informative and professional. They took their time to help us with every whim. l have travelled extensively and this hotel and their staff are top shelf.
