Loved our room (the Alice suite) breakfast on the hotel terrace and the staff.
Very nice small hotel with everything as it should be. Clean, nice cozy and large rooms with everything you need and expect in4-stars. Breakfast was very good too. Stuff was great! Only thing missing is garage, but we had no problem leaving the car on the streat due weekend and National holiday.
Alice Hotel provided a very pleasant experience overall, despite a slightly bumpy start. Upon arrival, the check-in process was a bit slow as the receptionist was frequently distracted. However, the staff quickly redeemed themselves! We had a minor issue with a sewer smell in the first room, but the staff immediately and smoothly changed our room. This quick resolution showed their commitment to guest comfort. The rooms are very clean and tidy, and the entire staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The interior design is modern and stylish. The hotel is situated in a very convenient area, with the metro nearby and easy access to various attractions. We appreciated the thoughtful gesture of a "breakfast-to-go" since we had an early departure. The breakfast itself was diverse and generous, even featuring sparkling wine! While some dishes could have been warmer, this was a minor detail that didn't detract from the meal. Overall, the Alice Hotel offers excellent value for money. We highly recommend it for a comfortable stay in Budapest!
