The three of us really enjoyed our stay in their family room with a nice balcony on the main street. We were there during the f1 race. Breakfast was fantastic and they provided gluten-free options. Friendly helpful staff and a free coffee / water set up near the check in. Room was clean and spacious and we used the marshall blue tooth speaker. Highly recommend this place. 2 sets of doors to the balcony to reduce the sound from the street.
Amazing hotel, very clean and well maintained. Complementary breakfast in the morning is worth it! The location is 15 to 20 min walk form most of the tourist spots. Beds are firm so ask for mattress memory foam topper it makes a big difference. All of the staff speak some English. This part of the city is very safe easy walk to any area and uber/taxi can pick you up right out front. Local restaurant is great and many to choose from just 15 min away. Fashion street is also a must see. You will need a taxi to visit the other side "Buda" hot springs, castle, and top of the Buda area is a park...this is a must see of the city of Budapest. Tip: If you dont like firm mattress get the topper. Water and Coffee are completely Complementary all day. Get the King bed room upgrade its worth it.
I highly recommend this excellent hotel. The hotel is ideally located within walking distance of many major attractions and is located on Metro Line 1 as well as close to trams and buses. We stayed for 7 nights in the Basilica Suite on the top floor. The suite has a living area, kitchenette, bedroom, walk through closet, two bathrooms and a terrace that overlooks the rooftops and St. Stephen's Basilica. The terrace is really such a treat after a day of walking around Budapest. The hotel is beautiful, clean and quiet. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Even before arriving, emails from the hotel were answered promptly. Breakfast is very good and has a large variety of options to start off the day. I'm so pleased to have found this gem of a hotel!
Excellent hotel in a fantastic location. Rooms were large with comfy beds. The taps in the bath were in a slightly unusual place if you wanted to have a bath but ok for a shower. The breakfast was excellent with a great selection of food, both sweet and savoury. The staff were very friendly and polite. The building itself is amazing and if you arrive on the 100E bus it’s a 5 minute walk from the final stop. Would highly recommend staying here.
First things first, and before anything else is mentioned, I would like to say a huge, heartfelt thank you to Berta from the reception team. We came to Budapest on vacation to celebrate my wife Sujood’s birthday. We did not inform the hotel in advance and did not request anything special. Yet Berta noticed that it was her birthday, and when we returned to our room, we were genuinely surprised and deeply touched. She had arranged a complimentary gift with wine and fine chocolates, along with a beautiful birthday card and a warm personal message. This thoughtful and unexpected gesture meant a lot to us and turned the celebration into an unforgettable memory. Berta is exceptionally kind, caring, and professional, and she truly represents the essence of genuine hospitality. Now about the hotel itself — our stay at Hotel Moments Budapest was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is extremely clean, classy, and elegant, with a welcoming atmosphere and excellent facilities. Everything is very well maintained and thoughtfully designed, making the stay comfortable and relaxing. A special mention also goes to the breakfast — simple yet incredibly delicious. There was a very good variety of freshly made food, high-quality ingredients, and everything was consistently tasty and well presented. It was the perfect way to start each day. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. Thanks to the outstanding service — especially from Berta — Hotel Moments exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily return again.
