Very disappointing experience. There is an “Only Cash” sign at the bar, but I saw another customer paying by card. I asked the bartender twice if I could pay by card, and both times he completely ignored me and looked away without answering. The bartenders also seem to prioritize people they know (mostly locals). You can wait at the bar for 10 minutes, and there is no order at all when serving customers. Finally, I went outside for 5 minutes to smoke. They told me to leave my drink inside with the others, but when I came back they had thrown it away even though it was almost full. The staff were very unfriendly, and the overall customer service was poor.
Great point in Budapest. Good shows. Very professional staff. I lost my credit card there, and when I returned an hour later to look for it, I received great attention and service and they helped me find it.
I personally only had about 15 minutes to party before my flight I had to leave for my flight, but I needed to get the check on a gay club for this trip. There’s a Ft30k entrance fee, which is fair compared to where I’m from. Beer cost 11 which is insanely cheap and for a night club (not compared to the area, but to my home country). Can definitely see myself enjoying there, had I had more time and came there with friends. Nice music indeed. There was a line, but nothing too long. The place does get crowded. Chatted a bit with the very nice lad in front of me in the line, who was very nice when a bunch of guys tried to cut in line (me and a few girls behind me) and were like “who cares about girls huh!”, to which I replied “there’s like 7 of us here”, said guy really put them in their place with no fighting or violence. (Unnecessary story)
A very nice club overall. I didn't like the reception's attitude on top of the bar. I think it's an outside company that was hired to deal with the security and payments and they were rude. Besides that it's a great place. Great music. And perfect show. I had fun. And i recommend all tourits to come and support. It's a support for the lgtb community that is going through difficult times unfortunately.
