We had a wonderful stay at Mamaison Hotel Chain Bridge Budapest! Everything was spotless and exceptionally clean. The receptionist was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. We stayed in a beautiful two-bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen on the 6th floor, and the view was absolutely amazing. The bathroom was perfect, modern, spacious, and very clean. We also appreciated having an iron in the room, which was very convenient. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we slept really well every night. The hotel also has secure parking on-site, which made our stay even easier. The spa was fantastic – clean, relaxing, and the perfect place to unwind after exploring Budapest. The location is excellent, close to all the main attractions while still being peaceful and quiet. The whole hotel has a luxurious yet cozy atmosphere, and every member of the staff was friendly and professional. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Budapest. Highly recommended! ⭐
Location, Location, Location... top notch, close to everything, all the landmarks, sights, shopping and restaurants which is the main reason we chose this hotel. The rooms were huge and spotlessly clean with teac coffee and water supplied daily. There is a small spa that was very welcomed after a long day of sightseeing. Breakfast was good, not wow but good. Service friendly.
Actually I only visited the hotel but never stayed in there. Rooms looks gorgeous, very clean, great design. Spacious, big wardrobe. Many of them have kitchenette. Restaurant: I’ve tried the pasta, tasty. Extra: I requested a bacon (it was a vegetarian pasta) and they were happy to add it!!!!
First impressions absolutely stunning. We arrived early from Dublin & went to leave our luggage there until we could check in. Our room was ready early with the help of such a nice guy on the reception who was just extremely nice and very helpful.. the smell from the whole hotel is absolutely beautiful.. decor is to die for.. just amazing.. when we got our room we where in shock.. it was absolutely stunningly beautiful with everything possible that you could ask for.. little toothpastes in the bathroom shower gel etc.. there's a little kitchen in the room which has a coffee machine and coffee pods.. sugar etc.. mini bar.. the bed is huge and extremely comfortable. A beautiful bath in the bedroom with shower accessories.. iron board, bath robes slippers literally everything u could ask for and more.. we cannot wait to return and stay here again..brilliant super nice staff and service . Thank you for making our stay amazing.
We had an excellent stay at Mamaison. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and our room was extremely comfortable with plenty of towels, plus robes and slippers, which made it feel more luxurious. The breakfast was outstanding — we loved that you could order off the menu with a wide selection of freshly prepared items. The ladies working at breakfast were incredibly kind and attentive, which made each morning feel relaxed and welcoming. The spa area was a highlight, with a lovely sauna, steam room, and indoor pool. It was a perfect way to unwind after sightseeing. The location itself is ideal, very close to major attractions and easy to reach everything on foot or by transport. The only downside was that the woman at checkout was not very friendly, which stood out compared to the otherwise warm service throughout the hotel. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and well-located hotel with an amazing breakfast and great spa facilities. Would happily stay again. I gave the overall stay a 4 star. I wish I could give it 4.5 stars but Google does not allow for it. If my interaction had been a little more pleasant checking out it would be a 5 star.
