Clean room, hotel has its parking slots in front of the hotel entrance (around 10+), separate place for people with disabilities. Also, more hotel's parking lots are available in the backyard. Breakfast was good. People on reception were polite and helpful. Good value for money

Good location with free parking. The triple room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The food was tasty and diverse, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. There is also a Penny store in the building and a pizza counter next to it, which is very convenient. Cleanliness and towel replacement could be improved, but overall the stay was pleasant.
We stayed at Vitta Hotel in Budapest and we are truly satisfied with our experience. The service was excellent, the staff & specifically Gregory has made a difference, he was always kind, helpful, and welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the first moment. Communication was easy, and he was always ready to assist with information and recommendations. The facilities were great: clean and comfortable rooms, reliable Wi-Fi, and everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, offering a nice variety to start the day. As for the services, everything was well-organized, daily cleaning, attentive reception, and overall a very professional approach. The location is also very convenient, close to public transport and attractions, which made exploring Budapest so much easier. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Budapest. Great value for money and a warm atmosphere!
