Called late in the night to make a reservation, the lady told me a price in the phone, arrived the price was already different. Asked for a late checkout on the phone 1 hour before arrival, when arrived there was still no clear answer if we can get a late checkout or not. Then it was confirmed that we can. Already 9 in the morning the cleaning lady knocked on the door to ask for clean even thought we told about the late checkout and we want to rest after a long drive ( arrived 3:30 am the same night) and then again at 11:50. And kids are running around on the hallway already at 8 am and being loud. Ordered food in the restaurant as we have missed breakfast. There was a cooked fly in the risotto, but they apologized and offered a coffee. Wanted to go back to the room to pack, it was 1 pm, room key doesn’t work anymore… I repeat, asked for a late checkout until 2-3 pm. Had to go again down to the reception, asked why it didn’t work, said she doesn’t see any late checkout. Fixed it then finally and could enter the room again. Would not recommend, but rooms are beautiful.

It was my first time staying at Tribe Hotel, and it made me realize that it’s not just a hotel — it’s a lifestyle. The room was beautiful, very clean, and the balcony was such a delightful part of the stay. I also loved the refill water station near the elevators, the amazing coffee, the co-working space, and the breakfast — so tasty with a huge variety of options. Breakfast team, you rock! The service was wonderful — very warm, welcoming, and attentive. You truly made every morning even more enjoyable. I would also really like to mention one of the front desk agents, Barna. He was basically my personal ChatGPT during my stay — always ready to answer all of my questions and help with recommendations and information. Check-in and check-out were super smooth, and his friendly and professional attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Barna!
I have been a regular guest at this hotel for over two years now and have consistently enjoyed an excellent stay. From arrival to departure, everything is very well organized and of a high standard. The rooms are modern, clean, and extremely comfortable, and the central location makes the hotel an ideal choice when staying in the city. I would especially like to highlight the exceptional helpfulness and professionalism of the General Manager, Daniel Vetlenyi, as well as the Deputy General Manager, Gábor Csizmadia. Both are always willing to personally take care of any special requests. They are approachable, friendly, and highly solution-oriented. Their commitment, especially today, once again made my stay particularly memorable and clearly demonstrates how much value is placed on excellent service at this hotel. The reception team is also consistently friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. From the very first moment, you feel welcome and well taken care of. Another highlight is the hotel restaurant: the dishes are consistently a true culinary delight, perfectly prepared, and presented with great attention to detail. For business trips in particular, this hotel is my first choice, which is why I stay here regularly. The combination of professionalism, comfort, and service is truly outstanding. I can highly recommend this hotel and already look forward to my next stay in Budapest.
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel and restaurant. The restaurant is beautifully designed, with elegant and high-quality furniture that creates a very pleasant and stylish atmosphere. The food was excellent – fresh, tasty, and nicely presented. What really made our visit special was the incredibly kind and attentive staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome. Overall, a great place to relax, enjoy a delicious meal, and feel taken care of.
