Overall experience ok. The room is well designed but pay attention some rooms without windows and can be noisy due to proximity to the reception. Another thing if you come with a car- there is no place to leave a car even for short time before you get direction to the parking lot. So I needed to leave a car on the pedestrian path in front of entrance. The receptionist left for toilet and it took me a lot of nerve and after she came back I saw what I was angry with this situation - she said it's your problem what you don't have parking ( very unprofessional thing to say to a guest who come from another country by the car) and I especially mentioned about it and I was told what's it's not gonna be any issues to leave a car near the hotel during check in. In my opinion if you don't have special zone so in order to not get any fines a d prevent unpleasant feeling you should send your guest right away to the parking and then back by walk to the hotel because this is more appropriate. Another thing your breakfast - you should add more healthy options - always boiled eggs and porridge because scrambled or fried eggs with sausage and bacon not for everyone especially with sensitive stomach. The next day the reception was supervised by two nice girls with good vibe and attitude- that saved overall experience. Anyway I will not recommend this hotel because of my experience but i should mention that it has good interior design, pleasant spaces and feels modern . The room was good despite no-window. The mattress was great, pillows were not comfortable. You can give it a chance but I believe there are better options for this price

The hotel has a great location, bus stop in front of it and a few minutes away there is the metro stop. A lot of attractions are just minutes away to walk. Very satisfied with the service, the sauna and steam room was a great choice for us in the evening after being all day out exploring. The breakfast was very good, good choices for everyone and I have to say, the coffee is very nice, I’ve been to many hotels but most have the filtered coffee, this one was very good.

We stayed here for a week and we enjoyed staying here. The staffs are nice and accommodating. About the daily activities, We're mostly out to the city and tourists spots so we didn't really spend some time in the hotel to try their sauna and other amenities so I cannot provide any comment about it. Our room is very cozy, not too small for a couple who are just spending Christmas vacation in Budapest. The location is great since it's completely walking distance from the metro and a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Highly recommend to get the Budapest Go travel app if you're the same as us, always on the go and mostly using transportation around the city.

We had a great stay at Smart Hotel Budapest. The staff were very welcoming, the room was modern and comfortable, and the location made it easy to explore the city. Everything was clean, quiet, and well-organized. We’d happily stay here again!

This hotel is in the perfect place for both business and vacation as well. The rooms are nice, spacious and the beds a really comfy. The food is excellent and buffet style with a wide range of breakfast dishes. Dinner is no option but that is also great as there are hundreds of excellent restaurants and diners in the city. However, as this hotel was founded by two brothers who are running a winery, there are fantastic wines you can and must taste!! We absolutely recommend spending a couple of nights and day in this hotel. The public transport is great, the trolley bus nr 70 & 78 stops in front of the hotel and goes directly into the center.
